Shipping, Returns and Refunds
South African delivery
- Standard shipping fee: R100 per shipment.
- Shipping is charged separately from the book price.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch within South Africa, subject to courier operations and circumstances outside our control.
- Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available.
Bulk orders
Bulk orders are quoted according to parcel size, weight, destination and courier requirements. The R100 standard shipping fee does not automatically apply to bulk orders.
Sponsored books
Shipping for sponsored books is ordinarily paid by the sponsor and may be determined individually where circumstances require.
Incorrect or damaged items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged or the incorrect item is supplied.
Returns and refunds
Where a return is accepted, books should ordinarily be unused and in resalable condition unless the item was defective or damaged on delivery. Approved refunds are processed after assessment. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable South African consumer law.
